The NCW Miracle League is a unique program created by Wrestle for Joy in partnership with the Children’s Miracle Network to bring creativity, confidence, and joy to Miracle Families and children receiving care at participating hospitals. Through the exciting world of professional wrestling, participants create their own custom superstar by designing their appearance, selecting their abilities, and building their personal story.
Using WWE 2K26 as a creative platform, children can watch their imagination come to life as their superstar becomes part of the NCW Miracle League. More than just a game, the program encourages self-expression, storytelling, social connection, and memorable experiences that help bring smiles during difficult times.
