Extra Life is excited to work with Wrestle For Joy Foundation in creating an immersive experience where kids get to create a wrestling persona to compete for their title shot. We will be connecting kids from as many of our 170 children’s hospitals and foundations in the United States and Canada as possible. The Miracle League will be created by the kids, for the kids.
Each wrestling persona will come with their own Extra Life fundraising page. All funds donated to these pages will support the hospitals and foundations that assisted in the treatments of the Miracle League kiddos. That means a wrestler who’s kiddo was treated, or is currently being treated, in Oklahoma, fundraises for THAT Oklahoma Children’s Miracle Network hospital or foundation. This gives the kids and their families a chance to give back to the people and places that supported their care.
So far, Extra Life and Wrestle for Joy have teamed up to create three amazing wrestlers and are excited to onboard more as the league continues.
